Head sommelier Marts Augusts keeps the list razor-sharp – only the most edgy, contemporary names in natural wine and Champagne. No basics here. Add chef Marks Frolovs’ lip-smacking creations (don’t miss the Truffle Dog!) and that sleek design, and you’re in for one seriously good time.
