In other words, it’s a perfect venue to drink big guns – start with 2015 Louis Roederer Cristal (for those of you thinking it’s just another bling-bling Champagne, it’s not – it’s fully biodynamic), continue with 2012 Tignanello, Italy’s prized Super-Tuscan, and then add some sweet finale to the evening with a bottle of Dow’s 20 YO Tawny!
