Restaurant Kristoforas

Tucked on Didžioji Street, Kristoforas is where French finesse meets Vilnius charm – classic cooking, genuine hospitality, zero fuss. The food plays its part, letting the wine do most of the talking.

And what a conversation it is. Curated by Champagne whisperer Jūratė Sprindžiūnaitė, Kristoforas hides Lithuania’s finest vintage bubbles and a cellar built on curiosity – old vines, honest stories, and no shortcuts. For the restaurant owners Jolanta and Dalius Šlapeliai, seven years of collecting wasn’t about luxury – it was about taste. The result? A place that sparkles in more ways than one.

Restaurant Kristoforas recommends: Louis Roederer P. Stark Blanc Brut Nature 2012.

Our recommendation: First, read the stories of wines here – they’ve really put in some serious effort to share their wine passion. Then start with Dr. Loosen Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling, and finish off with Felton Road Bannockburn Pinot Noir! Cheers!
