Our choice: Plenty to choose from in this Vidzeme gem, and not just wines! We’d start with a Cherry Blossom cocktail based on sake, continue with a mature Spanish rarity (2012 Tondonia Reserva by López de Heredia) and finish off with a slow glass of Ardbeg 10YO!
