The journey begins with an outstanding Champagne and sparkling wine list, then unfolds into a collection that goes far beyond Europe’s classics – revealing rare gems and bold New World discoveries. Elegance, finesse, subtle ambience – this is the spirit of the stylish yet welcoming hotel-restaurant. Set within one of the region’s most breathtaking hotels, its 17th-century architecture blends seamlessly with sleek modern design.

The wine program, curated by Michelin Award 2024 winner Kamilė Bartusevičiūtė, is complemented by the drinks list crafted by Mindaugas Žukas, which stands among the most dynamic and memorable we’ve encountered in recent years.

PACAI recommends: Wine: Geri metai Sweet newe 2023 – Lithuanian sweet rowan wine with a small amount of elderflower added; exciting, vibrant and luscious. Cocktail: VIVA GRAPEFRUTA – bright, refreshing and completely non-alcoholic, with Martini Vibrante as a complex base, fresh grapefruit and lemon, a touch of sugar, and a silky egg white foam.
