The wines, hand-picked by founder and wine director Anna Levkovich (DipWSET, Champagne Master, explorer of both vineyards and human nature), are anything but predictable. Twenty by the glass, 150-plus by the bottle – a mix of icons, rebels, and rare finds that prove pleasure and discovery can share the same pour. No snobbery, no show – just a witty conversation between you, the glass, and whoever’s lucky enough to sit across the table.
