Located in the buzzing Rotermann Quarter, Mnemonic Bar nails the music playlist, serves up new-era cocktails, and delivers a genuine dive-bar vibe that feels modern and rooted at the same time.

Drinks Director and co-founder Daniil Didenko – alongside owner and co-founder Diana Tšistjakova – brings more than ten years of bar-world experience to the counter, from late-night shifts to launching concepts from scratch. With him behind the bar, you’ll find a space that’s both relaxed and alive.

Mnemonic Bar recommends: Concorde – bright, floral, and effortlessly cool – and Marry Me, Bacon – smoky, cheeky, and just the right amount of weird.

Our choice: With the menu design as inviting and adventurous as at Mnemonic Bar, you could just read and admire that gorgeous thing all day long… However, we’re here to drink, so go for Cocktail No. 8 Mamacita, and later complement it with Raventós traditional Spanish bubbles!
