ERTLIO NAMAS

Behind a quiet Old Town façade, Ertlio Namas turns Lithuania’s past into something you want to taste. Chef Tomas Rimydis revives recipes from the Grand Duchy with the care of a historian and the curiosity of a modern chef – familiar, local, and just the right amount of bold.

The wine list is a history lesson with flavour. Rimydis and Andrius Pagojus balance Bordeaux and Burgundy classics with homegrown Lithuanian bottles that earn their place at the table. The tasting menu’s pairings blur centuries – mead meets modern, noble meets new-world polish – proving that tradition can, in fact, pour a great glass.

Ertlio Namas recommends: Champagne Pol Roger Brut Réserve.

Our recommendation: 2017 Domaine Bott-Geyl Métiss – in a perfect drinking window at the moment! A perfect Alsace for Ertlio Namas!
