Our choice: DIA’s wine list is centered around classics, so we’d be inclined to drink good old Champagne and Bordeaux! Start with Gimonnet’s Blanc de Blancs and continue with Branaire-Ducru, one of the most undervalued Saint-Julien estates. Cheers!
